The Nova Suzuki RG500 Gamma Close Ratio 6 Speed Road Race Gearbox was designed to overcome the shortcomings of the fragile standard box, incorporating three undercut engagement dogs for quick engagement and positive retention.

 

Both shafts are supplied fully assembled. 

 

Also supplied is a kickstart/oil pump gear.

 

WE ALSO OFFER A 10MM LONGER OUTUT SHAFT TO ALLOW WIDER SPROCKET SPACING FOR LARGER REAR TYRES.

Suzuki RG500 Gamma Wet Clutch Primary Gears

Removes the side thrust exerted by the standard helical gears.  

Supplied with rivets for attaching to the standard clutch basket.  

Requires the transfer of the alignment bush from the small primary gear.

 

Standard Ratio 26 - 58 = 2.230
