The Nova alternate ratio gears together with some of the existing Suzuki gears gives ratios exactly the same as the works 5 speeders. The underlined gears are supplied by Nova as part of the kit.
Please Note: This gearset has been designed primarily for racing applications. As such the standard kickstart/oil pump gear is not compatible with our gearbox. We can however modify the standard kickstart/oil pump gear if you want these features to remain operational. Please contact us for a cost and what is required.

Our conversion kit comprises a new input shaft with 1st & 2nd gears machined on the shaft and a press on 3rd input gear; we also supply 1st and 2nd output gears. The Nova output gears must be built onto the customers standard output shaft with standard Suzuki dog rings. The standard Suzuki input gears must be pressed onto the new Nova input shaft.
We can also supply new Nova manufactured standard ratio 4th & 5th input and 3rd, 4th & 5th output gears if your standard gears are worn out.
