The Nova alternate ratio gears together with some of the existing Suzuki gears gives ratios exactly the same as the works 5 speeders.  The underlined gears are supplied by Nova as part of the kit.

Our conversion kit comprises a new input shaft with 1st and 2nd gears machined on the shaft and a press on 3rd.  1st and 2nd gears for the output shaft.  The remaining gears being Suzuki originals.

 

We can also supply 4th and 5th gears to press onto the main shaft .

These are also available at work ratios of (2.200:1) 

Supplied includes clutch gear, crank gear, rivets, 8 washers and a 28x33x27 Needle Bearing.

NOTE: Suzuki produced primary gears in two different thicknesses around the cush drive points.  Before fitting your clutch please check to see if your primary gear is the same thickness as the one supplied by Nova, if it is thinner then you will need to use the 8 washers supplied.  These should be placed on top of the cush rubbers so that the rivet passes through these, otherwise you will not have the benefit of the cush drive.

 

If your primary gear is the same width as that supplied, then you will not need to use the washers.
