Full wide ratio gearset for the Suzuki DRZ400 with 3 undercut dogs per gear for fast accurate gear changes and positive retention.

 

We supply the loose gears (2nd-5th Input & 1st-5th Output). These should be assmbled onto the standard input & output shafts using genuine Suzuki circlips, washers, bushes, etc.

 

We can supply the genuine Suzuki parts needed for assembly and/or assemble the shafts at additional cost.  Please contact us for a quote.

 

NOTE: A small amount of material needs to be removed from the inside of the crankcases and one of the selector forks to provide clearance for the new larger diameter gears.
