2007 - 2011 Kawasaki ZX6 R Close Ratio Gearbox

Full close ratio gearset for the Kawasaki ZX6 R.  All gears incorporate 3 or 4 undercut engagement dogs for rapid changes and positive retention when engaged.

 

We supply new 2nd, 3rd/4th, 5th & 6th Input gears and 2nd to 6th Output gears.  Also supplied is a new output shaft.

 

The standard clutch is retained and the gearbox should be assembled using the standard input shaft,  and all input bearings, bushes, thrust washers, circlips etc.

The output shaft wil be supplied with all bushes, washers, and circlips for assembly and the standard 1st output gear should be built onto the shaft.
