Kawasaki H1 Conversion Kit Gearbox

This has been designed to give a low cost close ratio gearbox using new and existing gears.

 

We supply a new input shaft, 1st, 2nd & 3rd output gears and 5th Input.  All other gears, circlips, bushes, etc are retained from the customers standard box.

 

Please Note:  The Nova 3rd output gear has 3 engagement dogs designed for positive changes at higher engine speeds and loads.  This means that the engaging 4th output gear needs every other dog removing.
