 The Nova Honda TRX450 quad gearset is a direct replacement for the standard gearset with standard ratios.  The gears were made in response to a request for a gearset that did not jump out of gear.  All gear dogs are undercut for positive drive and retention. 

 

We supply all gears which assemble onto the standard shafts using all the standard bushes, circlips, etc. 

 

To further improve the fatigue life the Nova Gears are Superfinished.
